HP Sync - Artist Onboarding form

This form collects the information required to onboard you for distribution, publishing administration and/or sync representation with HP Sync.

Please complete all sections accurately. Submitting this form does not constitute a binding agreement, but confirms your understanding of our services, fees, and rights requirements. Formal agreements will be issued separately where applicable.

Distribution -

Distribution services are provided subject to separate commercial terms.

Publishing Administration -

Publishing administration covers registration, royalty collection and reporting.

Administration fee: 25% of collected publishing income collected by us on your behalf. No upfront fees are charged. All writer royalties remain payable directly to you and are not subject to this fee.n payable directly to you and are not subject to this fee.

No ownership transfer of copyright

Sync Representation -

HP Sync operates on a commission-only basis for sync placements.

Commission: 50% of gross sync income (to be confirmed in contract)

Commission applies to licences negotiated and secured by HP Sync
